The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Adrian S. Cristobal Jr. and Philippine Ambassador to Madrid Carlos Salinas recently met with Spanish businessmen to discuss trade relations and investments between the two countries. The meeting, held at the Salon PBA, Sede Confederacion Espanola Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE) at Diego de Leon, 50 in Madrid yesterday (3 March 2016), was organized by the Confederation Espanola de Organizaciones Empresariales (CEOE). CEOE, Spain’s confederation of employers and industries, is composed of some two million companies and self-employed entrepreneurs from all sectors of the Spanish economy. Top CEOE member companies doing business in infrastructure, renewable energy, food, finance and IT, among others, participated in the meeting.
